Please use new forms as found on this website under Community under Forms (both servant and pilgrim applications are here.)   For pilgrim applications, please include sponsor and pilgrim e-mail addresses if applicable.  

Also, sponsors, please consider signing up early on the Prayer Vigil while there are still lots of times available.  (Go to http://3dayol.org about a month or two before the walks and look for Dayspring's prayer vigils.)

When making agape, please make 75 items for each Walk (i.e. Men's Walk needs 75 and Women's Walk needs 75) so there is enough for everybody in the conference room and there are enough in case of miscount.   Mark the containers to indicate if Men's Walk or Women's Walk - otherwise if Women's walk agape is brought same time as Men's Walk, they can get given out to men if they are not specifically marked Women's.  Helpful if they are bagged into 6 bags of 8 items (for 6 tables), 1 bag of 11 items for back table; 1 bag of 3 items for Music, and 1 bag marked "Extra" with the number of extra items.
